I am Tushar Bhatia an engineer turned fitness professional who has been helping busy professionals since 2012 to transform using the most efficient exercise and nutrition approaches in the world which a person can stick to for decades. Over the years have worked with thousands of clients in different fitness settings ranging from gyms, and home personal training to corporate fitness/events & self-defense workshops.
