Hey people i am Tushar Bhatia  an engineer turned fitness professional who has been helping busy professionals since 2012 to  transform using the most efficient exercise and nutrition approaches in the world which a person can stick to for decades.Over the years have worked with thousands of clients in different fitness settings ranging from gyms, home personal training to corporates fitness/events & self-defence workshops.

With my passion & inclination towards martial arts, I have been exploring and training in various forms of martial arts like kung fu, kickboxing, capoeira, kalaripayattu, muay thai, pekiti tirsia kali since 2016. This continuous work and determination towards martial arts has given me the opportunity to train with the Indian military and law enforcement.

To better help my clients I also learned different therapies like Varmam massage(ayurvedic), cupping therapy, yoga thai massage, acupressure, foot reflexology, joint mobilisation and soft tissue release. With the amazing effects of these therapies my idea is to help my clients reach optimal health.
