#Fitness consultation

Step 1

This is one of the most important parts of the personal training process. Before starting your fitness journey I will send you a health & lifestyle  questionnaire to gather some information about your needs, your goals, lifestyle habits and your diet which will help me guide the consultation in person or over the phone ( whatever prefered)   .once we establish if we are a good fit to work together. I will prescribe the best path forward for you to progress and achieve more than you thought possible.

#Assessment and fitness testing

Step 2

This is one of the most important parts of the personal training process. Without being able to identify what limitations you currently have or have encountered in the past, it’s extremely difficult to create solutions and overcome obstacles that are and will continue to keep you from reaching your health and fitness goal(s). Before you can start a training and nutritional plan , I will carry out a number of tests to establish your current state of health and fitness like  body composition, posture,BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate),Cardio-respiratory fitness, Muscular Strength, Muscular , Endurance, Flexibility.

Step 3

Based on the results of initial consultation and fitness assessment, I will create a custom workout plan specific to your goal, ability and interest. Weekly workout and body stats will be tracked to check the progress and adjustments will me made  if needed.

Step 4

Nutritional habits will have a far greater impact on your health  goals than any other fitness component. If you are not following a suitable nutritional system it doesn't matter how hard you train in the gym, you will not get the long lasting results you're looking for.When a combination of exercise and healthy nutrition are implemented is when successful body change happens.

I will give you custom nutritional guidance with easy to follow simple diets which can be followed no matter wherever you travel.

#Lifestyle management

Step 5

Did you know most of your weight loss and weight management goals are achieved outside the gym. For e.g. If you train 6 times a week for 1 hour at a time it accounts for less than 3% of your week. So it depends on what you eat & how active you stay outside the gym, with ample amount of sleep to recover better. Therefore, if you don’t have a suitable lifestyle plan outside the gym you then you are severely compromising your results. 

I will provide you with an easy to follow plan/tips  which can be incorporated into your lifestyle and can be sustained forever.
